Earlier this month, the project directors of the West Hartford Witness Stones Project started working with students at Bristow Middle School to discover the story of Bristow and collaborate to refurbish the colonial West Division exhibit at the Noah Webster House. Next month, a graphic designer will meet with a smaller group of students to help them determine and develop what to change and or add to the exhibit. The final exhibit will help the school and the West Hartford community learn the significance of these enslaved people’s lives and how their story should be remembered.
